A sales and marketing man to the core, Phua is a founder and principal driving force for Fifth Media and ENT Quest.
 
He has gainfully leveraged on an extensive background in marketing and broad experience in IT products and services to become a new-age technopreneur.
 
Kialee built a successful career in sales and brand marketing with a multinational corporation dealing with fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). He then migrated to marketing and strategic planning for a Malaysian-based public-listed IT company with regional operations.
 
Kialee moved into consulting as a program director to bring a mobile telecommunications operator in Thailand to production readiness. Later, he took another assignment to develop enterprise application integration for another new mobile operator in Thailand.
 
He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the International Management Centre, United Kingdom.
