BIP-7000 is a smart hand-held computer providing remarkably flexible functionality with data collection and communication capabilities. Its rugged ergonomic structure for single-handed operation is suitable for retail, warehousing & distribution, field force automation and transportation & logistics. For scan-intensive environments, an optional pistol grip and a new configuration equipped with a long range barcode scanner will be added.

- Rugged Ergonomic
	IP65, 1.8 m (6 ft) Drop, Scan Trigger BIP-7000 is designed for comfortable handling with reducing fatigue while operating in harsh environments. It meets IP65, withstands drops from 1.8 m (6 ft) and supports crack-resistant TouchWindow LCD. It provides 40-key Shifted Alpha keypad with a built-in scan trigger with a finger saddle at the rear side of the device as well as standard-type scan keys at the center and the sides.
- Data Collection
	1D/2D Barcode Reader, 3MP AF Camera BIP-7000 delivers flexible data capture capabilities. Either a 1D laser scanner or a 1D & 2D CMOS imager enables rapid and accurate data capture. A 3.0 megapixel autofocus camera helps capturing sharp images of the condition of damaged asset from a short distance. Its 2.8 touch screen enables collecting the recipients digital signature for proof of delivery.
- Communication
	WLAN (CCX V4), HSDPA, GPS BIP-7000 provides communication options to meet the business need. Its 802.11b/g WLAN complimented by a CCX v4 security certification ensures reliable wireless data transmission. Optional WWAN and GPS enable use in more field-based application opportunities. HSDPA(3.5G) mobile radio allows real-time voice and data communication and an integrated GPS enables fleet management and route accounting on the move.
