Kuala Lumpur, March 11, 2009 – A leading bank is deploying AXIA SOHO propelled Queue Management system to increase queue efficiency and customer service level. The Queue Management system is overlaid to the in-house product advertising on LCD TV.
The system is deployed in 120 branches across the country to provide full HD quality video display , with auto update through the Broadband connectivity. This centralized control and remote management capability eliminates support issues and reduces overhead needed to manage the Queue Management system.
