• Call Billing software for room guests
• Installed AXIA SOHO IP-PBX for hotel with 44 rooms
• Installed 50 phones
• Interface AXIA SOHO to 3 fixed lines, 1 fax line.
• Auto route all local calls to 3 SIM in AXIA SOHO only route calls to fixed line if GSM lines not available
• Provide WiFi to hotel guests. AXIA SOHO to be connected to fiber optic broadband
• Phones are powered by PoE switch and also allow notebooks to be connected for Internet Access

Reason for Procurement

• To use the latest technology that is flexible. – using IP instead of analog
• All-in-one solution reduce complexity
• To be able to use GSM for outbound calls to reduce cost
• Call billing option where guest can be charged for calls
• Ability to connect to International Discount Call Service providers

• Rooms were equipped phones for internal and outbound calls.
• Increased revenue from in room phone usage
• Simplified 5 WiFi connection from 5 Access Points to 1 so that guests can connect from anywhere in the hotel
